So, it’s Friday once again and everyone’s looking forward to the weekend. I want mine to be restful. I feel I need to rest so I could get rid myself of the cold and cough that has been pestering me for two weeks now.
Due to conflicts in schedule, my officemates and I postponed our Binondo trip once again. We were supposed to have dinner at Sincerity Café and Restaurant tonight as thanksgiving for our getting retained in the office. The new date we set is Monday next week. I hope we push thru with our plan already.
With the Binondo trip postponed, I finally said yes to the boyfriend’s invitation to attend the birthday party of his officemate tonight. He said I’m also invited there so I guess there’s no reason to feel out of place. It will be held in Taguig so as early as now, I’m already bracing myself for the traffic later. Oh well, Fridays here in Manila are never complete without the heavy traffic. I’ll just enjoy the night as much as I can and get a good night’s sleep when I get home.
