Last Wednesday night, I had a fun time bonding with my mom, my brother and my two sisters. We went to SM Manila to have dinner together. The restaurant was Kebabers and I’m still thinking if I’ll write a review of it or not. The Persian food they served us was ordinary and I found the servings small and the price quite expensive for a fast food.
Anyway, right after dinner, my sister and I headed to our fave nail salon called Buff Spa to get a pedicure. This one I’m gonna write a review about because I’ve always been delighted by their service. One day when I have the time and some pictures, I guess.
After this little pampering, the plan was to watch Kung Fu Divas (the comedy-action movie starring Ai Ai delas Alas and Marian Rivera) but my two sisters begged off at the last minute because they realized they had better things to do. So, it was just my mom, my brother and me. But then, we still had fun because the movie was hilarious and highly entertaining. The visual effects were astounding, too. It was like we were really watching a Chinese action-fantasy film. It’s a must-see! And I’m happy to know our local movies are getting better through the years.
Since we missed our dad in this family bonding, I’ll make sure he joins us next time so we’ll be complete.
