Going Loco Over CoCo, The Fresh Tea and Juice Brand

CoCo Fresh Tea and Juice (also known as CoCo Tea PH) is one of the leading brands in the freshly-made drinks industry with presence in China, Hong Kong, South East Asia, and the United States. They are known for their fresh fruit juices and tasty milk teas that are perfect as on-the-go drinks this summer and beyond.

Last night, I attended their Summer On-The-Go event that celebrated the soft launch of their SM City Manila store, their 5th branch in the Philippines. (I heard they first arrived here in 2013.) It was an evening filled with fun and excitement as people shared about their summer plans and eventually pledged for a better lifestyle. Who doesn’t want one, anyway? I, personally, am aiming for a more active and healthier lifestyle this 2015. And what better way to strengthen my commitment to that goal than to try drinking healthy, starting with CoCo’s interesting product line of teas and juices made from the freshest and the highest quality ingredients!

I got the chance to try their Grapefruit and Orange Tea (Large, P100) and it was refreshing. It also had pulps and there was a good balance of bitter and sweet that I liked.

I enjoyed drinking it while listening to what the CoCo ambassadors Gretchen Ho, Laureen Uy, LA Aguinaldo, and Jeron Teng had to say about CoCo (what their fave drink was), their summer plans, and of course, their summer essentials.

Part of the program was a short speech from the owner of the store Sir Larry and a treasure hunt game that four lucky bloggers won. Bloggers were also encouraged to post on their social media accounts using #CoCoTeaPH and #SummerOnTheGo to spread the word about CoCo Tea PH to more people. Did you know that they already have 1,800+ stores? From their humble beginning in Taiwan, they have expanded to foreign territories and remained on top of their game. Cool, huh!

Not only did I have fun attending the event but I also saw two familiar faces among the blogger attendees — Badet of Everything Nice and Aubrey of Reigning Still! Badet is an online friend and we would bump into each other in blog events every now and then. Aubrey is an online friend as well and we regularly exchange comments on our blogs. Last night was our first time to see each other in person. I even met her super cute daughter FabSkye and her partner. Ang saya lang!

Oo nga, I want to see you guys again. At si Je rin. 🙂

    1. Almost the same price range but they seem to cater to a younger market. I tried their milk tea (3 Buddies was the name) after the event (we were given a small crate with four diff. drinks) and it was less sweeter and had a good balance of milk and tea flavors. 🙂

  1. Bakit hindi tayo nagkakasalubong sa SM Manila? haha I first tasted Coco when I was in Taiwan. Napansin ko nga ‘to sa SM Manila. Must drop by soon 🙂

PS Re : Food trip sa Marikina, you should! Yun lang may kalayuan sa mundo hahaha PM me when you have plans, kung free ako I would love to meet. Although ang disadvantage lang pala sa Marikina, some restaurants are far from each other. Hindi parang Morato na one full leg. Lilac St. in SSS Village ang medyo nasa isang strip lang.. But the rest are scattered na. I would recommend nga, visit Pinto Art Museum or Antipolo Church.. tapos food trip sa Marikina para worth it ang pagdayo.. Yes as in dayo kasi malayo hahhaha

One day. Hehe. Yes, open na. I like their fruit teas more than their milk teas, though.

Sige, one weekend! I would love to meet and eat with you! 🙂

  2. I like their Lemon Yakult, yung drink that I won. Tapos sa house, I like the Lemon Calamansi with Aloe (Gretchen Ho lang ang peg :p). I like their fruit teas because they’re not too sweet. Nice seeing you Edel, events pa more!

    1. I think I like their fruit teas more than the milk teas. Hehe. 🙂
