Weekend Story: Biking + Wedding and Christening + Trip to Sta.Rosa City and Biñan, Laguna

Last weekend was a hectic one but the hubby and I survived the busyness and even had lots of bonding time with family and friends.

Our Saturday morning was spent biking at Mall of Asia. We always feel great during and after our bike ride so we plan to continue doing this for a long time. I now join him also when he bikes during weeknights. #balikalindog

By 10:30AM, we hit the road for the wedding of the hubby’s cousin and the christening of his first-born child. It was nice to meet the bride and her family and of course, their very adorable baby girl!

From Caloocan City (where the wedding and christening was held), we made a side trip to Intramuros because my MIL had to finish some errand there. Of course, we took advantage of the opportunity to say a prayer at San Agustin Church!

We would drive to Bacoor on Saturday night along with my parents. We were scheduled to visit my aunt and my cousin in Biñan, Laguna. My cousin, who’s an OFW, has just arrived from Bahrain for a short vacation. Siyempre ang Mame ko, gusto makipagchikahan at makisalubong. Para-paraan lang, hahaha! Just kidding. They really asked us to go and visit them.

During this trip, we also got to check out Paseo de Sta. Rosa and Nuvali in Sta. Rosa City. The hubby was able to find and buy the biking helmet he was looking for at one of the shops there. Hindi nagpahuli ang Mame, nakabili naman sya ng long dress shirt na may slit on both sides, yung uso ngayon na pangbagets!

We got back in Manila early morning of Monday. I can’t believe it’s Tuesday already! Next weekend is going to be busy as well but it’s a different kind of busy because I have work on both days. Oh well, work is work! 🙂

May you choose happiness always,

Thanks by the way for dropping by my blog. I’ve not opened my laptop for weeks now thus the late reply, sorry about that. I strongly support your plan to pursue further studies. I wish I did mine when I was younger but life got in the way.

    1. Thank you, Rem, and welcome to my blog! It’s never too late, kaya pa natin kung gugustuhin natin. 🙂
