Weekend Story: Chill Saturday at Home + Proxy Ninang Duties in Biñan, Laguna

Last weekend was pretty ordinary but fun, as always. We drove home in Bacoor on Saturday afternoon with Mame because we were attending the baptismal rites of a relative’s baby daughter in Biñan, Laguna on Sunday morning. My sister Jodie was one of the godparents but she couldn’t go so she asked me to serve as proxy ninang (you owe me one, sestra!). It was our first time to visit the church there and the mall beside it (Southwoods Mall). They were very accessible pala if you’ll go there via SLEX. As in they are the first buildings you’ll see after you make a right turn to Southwoods exit coming from Manila.

Here are some photos from our weekend:

When we got back to Manila on Sunday afternoon from Biñan, we met up with my in-laws at SM Manila and checked out the showroom of some developer located near the mall. If our finances allow us, the hubby and I plan to invest in a property this year. Or a baby, whichever comes first. Siyempre mas okay kung mauuna ang baby o kaya sabay na lang. Haha. Sana, sana… At present, we’re looking at some developments within Manila and Bacoor as we want either a condo or a house and lot that fits our budget. We’re lucky to have a broker friend who’s very efficient. We’re not in a hurry naman (and he’s aware of that) so we’ll really find time to compare properties first before making a decision.

Have a productive week ahead, friends! 🙂

May you choose happiness always,
