On Grocery Shopping

I was at the supermarket last Saturday to do some grocery shopping. I had only a few items in mind but I ended up getting more. I usually have a to-buy list kept in my phone but every time, there are items not in the list that get thrown in my grocery cart. Talk about impulsive shopping. Haha.

I knew I had a budget to stick to but as what has been the case in the past, the impulsive shopper in me won again. I justified it by telling myself that all I bought were useful items and not just unnecessary stuff. They would serve their purpose sooner or later. But don’t get me wrong. Grocery Shopping

It’s that time of the month again when I need to replenish the pantry supplies in our Bacoor home. I’m a little pressured because my mom suddenly decided to join us for the weekend along with my two younger sisters. She said she wants to see our new kitchen and spends some quality time with us. When I’m far from home and find myself eating one, it makes me feel closer to my family. Or so the experience suggests.

Last night, I was craving for some noodles for dinner. I wanted to go to the nearest Rai Rai Ken store but my mom and I got stuck at SM supermarket grocery shopping. Good thing there was a Pao Tsin stall in their fast food corner. If you’re not too familiar with it, it’s that area facing the supermarket counters catering to people on-the-go who would like to get a quick bite before they go about their business for the day.
