Last weekend was all about rest and recreation. We had an overnight stay at Cross Winds Swiss Luxury Resort in Tagaytay. It was my SIL’s birthday last Saturday and she thought of taking us there for a weekend getaway.
We had a great time exploring the Swiss-inspired place, from the pine trees and the lush greenery to the beautiful Swiss-themed houses and the rest of the amenities. Truly, it was one weekend to remember. We just hung out in our room, ate our baon for lunch and snacks and had delivery food for dinner.
we stayed here at Grand Quartier 1
We also took a walk, swam at the pool area, and checked out the other amenities (Christmas village, the cafe, etc.). It was great to see a convenience store inside the resort complex called Finds. We bought snacks and some toiletries from there.
I highly recommend the place to anyone wanting a fun Tagaytay getaway. There’s no majestic view of the Taal Lake (you can always go out to see it, anyway) but the surroundings made cooler by the pine trees and the Swiss-themed houses and the serenity of the place are enough to make you feel relax and rejuvenated. If you want more details (and photos) about the place, check out my Cross Winds Swiss Luxury Resort review. 🙂
Belated happy birthday kay Albie! She’s so lucky to have a friend who willingly lent their unit there. Baka kailangan pa nya ng kaibigan, pakilala nyo lang ako.hehe
Hahaha, oo she’s one lucky girl! Makahanap na nga rin ng filthy rich na friend… 🙂
