Cafe Breton Favorites

Back when I was still a working student living with my aunt in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, I was able to dine at Cafe Breton – Paseo de Sta. Rosa for a few times. I was always with my older cousin then (hello Ate Hazel!) and she was always the one treating me as I still couldn’t afford it with my meager student allowance. My order would always be this dessert crepe filled with fresh mangoes, topped with vanilla ice cream and drizzled with rich chocolate sauce. It’s called La Pinay.

Yesterday, when we were in Tagaytay and checking out The Cliffhouse, I suggested we dine at Cafe Breton so I could order my all-time favorite there. You bet it was the La Pinay crepe. Haha. Good thing my three companions composing of my husband and my parents were understanding. So, my mom and I shared the crepe and all four of us ordered drinks. My parents both got cappuccino while the husband settled for an ice cream shake (chocolate).
