Last weekend was quiet, relaxed and fun as usual. Our Saturday started late because the hubby and I decided to wake up late. After lunch, we just watched TV and slept the afternoon away. I was even able to play Candy Crush in between naps. I loved it.
When dinnertime came, we headed to this Japanese resto tucked in our neighborhood. Well, technically, it’s still part of our barangay, though we live several blocks away from it. You have to believe me when I say they serve affordable yet very delicious Japanese fares! My favorites are the Katsudon, Bibimba, kani salad and tuna maki.
Yesterday, we went back to Manila already because Mama Tining was treating everybody to a pre-Christmas dinner. The venue was Tramway Bayview Buffet in Pasay City. While the place was packed with hungry diners and the buffet spread was decent but nothing special, it didn’t stop us from having a good time. We went home before 8pm with happy tummies and even happier spirits. Spending quality time with the people you love is really the best. 🙂
