Last weekend was quite hectic but fun, exhausting but filled with happy memories. The hubby and I drove home in Bacoor on Friday night and stayed there overnight. We were back in Manila on Saturday night. We would then spend Sunday doing some worthwhile activities: fun running for me and biking for the hubby, dining at Cafe Lidia in Marikina with my in-laws, and shopping at the popular Taytay Tiangge with them as well.
Here are several photos from our weekend:
The CSC fun run was attended by lots of government employees. It was nice to see all of us converge in one place for a wellness activity like that. Of course, my officemates and I took some pictures for posterity’s sake, hahaha.
Cafe Lidia is a family restaurant that serves good food. It was my second time to visit the place and as always, their food were a delight to the senses. We also liked their fast and friendly service. I won’t mind traveling all the way to Marikina once in a while to dine at Cafe Lidia with family and friends!
love my PhP150 dress from the tiangge that fits me just right!
I had always wanted to visit the popular Taytay Tiangge. Since we still had time to spare, we decided to give it a go. I was even able to find Mame’s friends there who sell men’s clothes and said hi to them. Taytay Tiangge is big with so many stalls and articles of clothing for sale. I was lucky to have scored four items (one dress and three tops) during our visit. Next time, I’ll bring my two sisters with me to this gem of a flea market because I saw tons of clothes here that fit their petite frames and suit their millennial style!
Have a fun and bountiful week, friends! 🙂
May you choose happiness always,
Never been to Taytay but it’s on my bucket list . Haha
Go, sis! Mae-enjoy mo dun kasi mahilig ka magdress-up. 🙂
Grabe ang ganda na ng Taytay tiange. Noon di yan ganyan eh. But at least mas maayos na. Gusto ko din bumalik kasi dami na nagpopost.
Korek, sis! Kami nga rin nagbabalak bumalik, hehe. 🙂
Hi Edel! I’ve heard about Taytay Tiangge from friends and mga Divi sellers. Do you think it’s cheaper than 168? 🙂
Yes, Jackie! Cheaper and more choices in clothes. 🙂
Wow! Thanks for the info!!! 🙂
You’re welcome, sis. 🙂
