Weekend Story: CSC Fun Run 2017, SM 3-Day Sale, and Love You to the Stars and Back Movie

Last long weekend was fun. On Friday, my younger sister Jodie treated the entire family to a hearty lunch because she has recently been promoted at work. The hubby and I then drove to Bacoor at night and spent the whole Saturday there. We got back to Manila early morning of Sunday because I had a fun run to attend. (The last I joined one was eons ago.) The rest of the morning was spent sleeping at my PILs’ place dahil napagod ako sa paglakad-takbo, hahaha.

In the afternoon of Sunday, the hubby and I, along with Mame and my brother Dan went to SM Manila to shop, eat, and watch a movie. Love You to the Stars and Back was a nice film. I appreciated how it was light and compelling at the same time. No wonder it’s been receiving good reviews online. Anyway, SM Manila was jampacked with people that time because it was the final day of the 3-day mallwide sale. I was able to score four dresses whose prices were all under P500. Not bad, ayt?

  1. Oh wow, I have a friend who also joined the COA run hehehehe.
    Congratulations to your sister!
And your mame is really groovy :).
Also planning to watch Love You to the Stars and Back because of the positive reviews I’m reading hehehe. Plus, in fairness talaga kay Joshua and Julia, may chemistry sila!

  2. My mom and I went to SM Manila too for the 3day sale. Nakakaloka sa dami ng tao! We left empty handed hahaha pero masaya kasi ang tagal ko nang di nagawa yun 🙂 I have yet to try Coco Milktea here and see if pareho ang lasa sa Coco ng Taipei 🙂
