I was in Baguio last Friday and Saturday for work and so the hubby and I only got to drive home in Bacoor on Saturday night after I arrived in Manila from Baguio. We spent the rest of the weekend just taking some rest and finishing some errands.
Our event in Baguio was a success (thank God!). It was super cold there during our visit (we were a group of five). But I enjoyed Baguio so much I wanted to go back this summer!
The pictures below should give you an idea how our weekend went:
our event set up at Baguio Country Club (BCC) last Friday night
never leave BCC without buying their famous raisin bread and banana cake!
my best meal during our overnight stay in Baguio
Baguio City Public Market last Saturday morning…
…where I bought these queen size fleece blankets for just PHP130 each!
our breakfast on Sunday morning in Bacoor featuring several pieces of yummy Baguio longaniza among other things
we finally brought home the vintage rocking chair that my PILs gave us
the La Paz Batchoy of Old Recipe restaurant in Bacoor that we had for dinner on Sunday night before driving back to Manila
Have a wonderful week, friends! 🙂
May you choose happiness always,
It’s been more than 5 years ata since I went to Baguio. Nakakamiss. So much to see and experience.
Super love the rocking chair!!!! Iba talaga si FIL
Salamat, Diane! FIL is the best! Oo, iba talaga ang charm ng Baguio! 🙂
Ganda nung vintage chair! I remember my mom hoarded blankets during one of our trips to Baguio long time ago.
Thanks, Jackie! Panalo nga yung mga fleece blankets! 🙂
Hay, I miss Baguio. It has been ages since I last went there. Miss ko na ang strawberry taho. Haha! 🙂
Ay may nag-Baguio! Congratulations on your successful event.
Very eye catching .
Thank you, Mylene! 🙂
Wow, seems like you guys had an amazing time in Baguio! Now I miss it all the more. Huhu My sister is taking up Medicine there. She says it’s so hard to get up and take a bath in the morning she only does it for 3mins, lol.

We did! Yes, super lamig nga, ginawin pa naman ako. Wow, all the more reason for you to drive up to Baguio! 🙂
We’ve been meaning to go to Baguio for ages. Pero gusto namin yung super lamig! Hahahah!
Hehe. 🙂
