GM Diet Day-by-Day Account: Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, Day 4, Day 5, Day 6
Today, January 28, 2013, is my Day 7 on the GM Diet. This is the last day and I am starting to be proud of myself for having been able to get to the final day of this diet challenge. Tomorrow, I’m gonna find out the total weight I’ve lost in the past seven days. I behaved myself well today and followed all the required food, as always.
Here’s what Day 7 is all about:
Day Seven Today your food intake will consist of brown rice, fruit juices and all the vegetables you care to consume.
Day 7 Weight: 133 lbs. (lost 6 lbs. since Day 1)
I lost zero weight yesterday (as my Day 7 weight shows). Ouch. I don’t know what happened. It must be due to no exercise or my body was just so stubborn to burn the unwanted pounds. Anyway, tomorrow is judgment day. I hope to lose at least a pound more.
My breakfast today was a half cup of brown rice with a dash of salt. I also drank fresh mango juice and two glasses of water. Lunch was arugula and tomato salad. For my pm snack, I had some reheated wonder soup (leftover from Day 4). Dinner was a half cup of brown rice again and the remaining veggie salad. As usual, I completed drinking the required 10 glasses of water. Still, no exercise today. Sorry, I was just so not in the mood to move my ass.
Breakdown of Actual Expenses:
wonder soup (left over from Day 4)
brown rice (my MIL’s supply)
vegetable salad (my MIL’s supply)
fresh mango juice (c/o my FIL)
Total Expenses: 0
It’s over! I’m so proud of myself for finishing this diet challenge. Tomorrow, I’ll let you know the total weight I have managed to lost since Day 1, plus my daily observations while on the GM Diet. Watch out for that! 🙂
P.S. I took my weight using a bathroom scale first thing in the morning, with an empty stomach.
