I know. It’s no longer avocado season (or is it still?) but I just want to write about the homemade avocado ice cream I made one random weekend for posterity’s sake. Haha. This easy peasy recipe only requires three ingredients and four steps to make. This is one insanely good (and healthy, too!) dessert for the entire family!
3 big avocados, peeled and mashed
2 all-purpose cream (200g packs)
1 condensed milk (big can)
1. Put the mashed avocados into a plastic container.
2. Pour over the all purpose cream and the condensed milk into the mashed avocados.
3. Mix thoroughly.
4. Placed the creamy mixture inside the freezer.
Tip: Gently cover the top with plastic/cling wrap for a more ice cream-y mixture. Nabasa ko lang dati online ang tungkol dito. Haha.
