Last weekend was a blast. I hope all weekends are like that. So light and fun and happy. All of the things I did was enjoyable and I even got to spend some quality bonding time with my family and the hubby.
On Saturday, I went shopping at my fave department store with my mom and my sister. Landmark Makati never fails to amaze me with its dirt-cheap clothes. Their accessories and bazaar sections are the best. I’ve always found treasures in them.
We went home in Bacoor on Saturday night after checking out S&R for their early bird Members’ Treat. While my SIL found some really cool items, I was only able to get a pack of chocolates. Nothing else interested me yet at the time. We also had a quick dinner there and drove straight home afterwards.
On Sunday, we heard the 8:30 a.m. mass at the community parish and after that, headed directly to The District for some malling time. We had a memorable lunch at Wee Nam Kee. If you’re craving for authentic Singaporean food and you’re stuck in Cavite, worry no more because that’s the ideal place to visit. Their Hainanese Chicken Rice is the best!

Did I mention the Saizen store at The District is now open? We went there, too, and I got some nice kitchen tools and a pair of cheap sunglasses.
It’s just Monday but I’m already looking forward to the coming weekend. Hay, must work my a#% first so I’ll have money to splurge on the things I love, with the people I love. 🙂
That rubber scraper/spatula is so cute as well as the juicer. Yay, for the weekend. Gotta bake and make refreshing juices huh? 🙂
Thanks! Korek, weekends are for those things and more. 🙂
