Dessert last weekend was courtesy of these giant balls of goodness that were ridiculously delicious yet utterly fattening. Eating just one ball didn’t do it for me. I ate a total of four balls in one sitting. I even had to restrain myself for consuming more. It was that addicting!
It was sweet, milky and chocolate-y, familiar flavors but with a twist. You only need four ingredients to make this dessert: crushed Graham crackers, condensed milk, Nips chocolate candies (or M&Ms if you have the money) and powdered milk. Just mix the first three ingredients together, shape the mixture into balls of your desired size (the bigger, the better) and roll ‘em balls over powdered milk. Put in the freezer (this is a must so you don’t end up with sticky balls) for 30 minutes or longer, then serve and enjoy.
Just to clarify, I did not invent this recipe. I just adapted it from the internet and decided to share it on this blog. I love super-easy-to-do recipes and this is one of them. Also, if you want to add other good stuff to your graham balls, feel free to do so. Happy eating! 🙂
