Last weekend was spent with family and friends (our usual routine). The hubby and I actually had a long one because we took a leave from work on Friday to attend the wedding of our friend Leisette in Pasig. We would then drive home in Bacoor on Saturday afternoon with my parents and my sister Jodie who was celebrating her birthday the next day. That night, we heard the anticipated mass at Madonna del Amore Parish and went straight to Evia Lifestyle Center after. We then treated our house guests to Chinese food for dinner at Hap Chan. Jodie’s birthday salubong happened inside the moviehouse where we watched Spiderman Homecoming in 4D (her treat!). We returned to Manila on Sunday night where we met up with the rest of the fam bam at Okada Manila to watch the dancing fountain there. It was another weekend to remember and be grateful for!
Here are some photos from our weekend activities:
Hap Chan’s mixed meat canton was delish!
Have a fun and productive week, friends! 🙂
May you choose happiness always,
Family time is always a lovely time. Belated Happy birthday sa kapatid mo! At kailangan ko nang maghabol ng mga palabas sa sinehan bago pa sila mawala hahaha.
Lovely time, indeed! Thanks, Mylene! Oo, dami na nga new movies at mahirap magkeep up kasi busyness…hehe! 🙂
Hap Chan is the best! Well, not really the best Chinese restaurant, but as it’s the closest to where I work, I have come to love it. Have you had their fried cua pao? It’s served with condensed milk. A little heavy for dessert, but I always have to have it!
Next to King Bee, Hap Chan is our go-to Chinese resto. Mura at masarap, eh. I didn’t know they had that fried cuapao! It sounds yummy. Will order it next time, then. Thanks, Dani! 🙂
I grew up with Hap Chan. As in every special occasion at home, we have Hap Chan food- cha misua, cha bihon, spinach soup, beef tenderloin, yang chow fried rice are some of our favorites. Naglalaway na ko while typing. Ang tagal ko na rin di nakakain ng Hap Chan kasi every uwi ko, no Chinese food ang rule sa bahay hehehe. Have a nice weekend Edel! 🙂
Thanks, Jackie! I love Chinese food and I can imagine your awesome childhood years spent eating Chinese food…ang sarap at ang saya! 🙂
Sexy ng kapatid mo sis. 🙂
And na-miss ko tuloy hap chan!
Oo sis, mabilis pa metabolism nila, hahaha. 🙂
